We enjoyed our first stay at Broadway. As with so many Caravan Club sites we were met by a friendly and knowledgeable warden. They always have a knack of making you feel like old friends! It was great to see how the serviced pitches have been renovated. They look really impressive. The shower block is of course immaculate and beautifully maintained. The site description does not make much of the old railway shed that has been preserved on the site to house the oldest horse drawn caravan and its associated history. A really quirky feature. Broadway is a short walk along the main road pavement and is definitely worth a visit. The walk to the tower and surrounding area is very popular. We also visited Winchcombe about seven miles south of the site and were really surprised at such an amazing example of a Cotswold town. It is even more photogenic than Broadway!
