Just like our second home.

We have just had another 4 days at Broadway CC site and, again, it was first class. November weather, wind and some rain, did not spoil the stay. Great location. Great site. Two hours maximum from home and it's becoming a bit like our second home Clearly many other members think the same as it was packed at the weekend. We never tire of visiting this site.

PLEASE SLOW DOWN

This Club site is top of its league Great location Great welcome Great pitches Absolutely flawless in every way..... However the biggest gripe for me and not just for this site other club sites too is the members who completely ignore the speed restrictions on site... Big units traveling too fast driven by mature people who frankly should know better, who I might add would come down like a ton of bricks on a young child who was breaking the rules .... Please please slow down...  Site still fantastic tho.. Just society!!

Autumnal bliss

Quite simply, one of the very best CC sites. Huge pitches with lovely aspects and we were lucky to time it right for the autumn colours. Facilities were to usual CC standards and all was hunky dory. I must recommend the visiting pizza van, known as Pizza Alfresco. They were very friendly folk, and as mentioned elsewhere the pizzas were absolutely delicious. Wonderful fresh food and with some really interesting offerings. We also ate in Russell's Fish and Chip café, which we were delighted to find open even on a Sunday evening and their food was lovely too. Amazingly, for the Cotswolds, we cycled over 50 miles and hardly found a hill, but the view from the one we did find, Dovers Hill north of Chipping Campden, is worth seeking out on a clear day. This site is one we will definitely be returning to!

perfect location

We spent 5 nights on this lovely quiet site. Walked through the fog to Broadway Tower and came out into beautiful blue skies above the mist - well worth the steep climb. Very clean facilities and cheerful helpful site staff. A nice easy stroll to the village and pubs - nice pint of locally brewed real ale in The Crown and Trumpet.

Very nice indeed!

First time on Broadway site, will not be our last, loved the welcome we got from the warden team, loved the site itself, the location 15 mins away from Broadway and its charming selection of tea shops, art gallery's and of course the pubs. Would definitely be a great base for exploring the whole of the Cotwolds area, but alas we were only here for one night, but still managed to walk up to the Broadway Tower and the fantastic view of the whole area. Well done Caravan Club!

Have just returned from another stay on this site which has an upper and lower area. The top part is build around the old railway station. The bottom much newer. Warm welcome was given on arrival and the wardens   worked endlessly in the poor weather to keep the site especially the fallen leaves tidy.  The nice warm toilet block was a welcome for a morning shower with plenty of hot water and spotlesly clean.   There are 2 blocks and one which is in the building of the old railway station houses Gordon Stables Wanderer caravan from 1880   Broadway is a 20 min stroll from the site and is a typical Cotswold town with little shops and tea rooms and a deli not to be missed. Further afield the site is conveniently situated for days out in the Cotswolds and Cheltenham is  a half hour drive away.

Lovely site

We stayed here last weekend, very limited choice of pitches left when we arrived on Saturday afternoon, but the wardens were happy for us to move to a sunnier pitch with better reception for our satellite antenna on Sunday when lots of vans left. Facilities spotless, level walk into Broadway, can recommend the Broadway Inn for a meal. Don't miss the Cotswold Chocolate shop either, a chocaholics dream. As it turned very misty on Monday we didn't walk up to the tower, that will be a treat next visit. Unlike the previous reviewer we found other campers friendly. We will definitely be returning.

There is no friends here!

Arrived at broadway , impressions were good , great and helpfull staff, very accommodating polite and professional, we sited our van on a clean and tidy hardstanding pitch and were impressed with the cleanliness of everything, a truly lovely site , so what's wrong with it?  Sadly the facilities do not cater for younger children there is a well kept but very small play area its on grass so very safe , everything is well laid out but I'd suggest this is not a site for children, Now for the killer blow, it's not the site ,the beautiful location , the lovely sight of rabbits playing on the grass the catering facilities booked onto the site ( pizza was awesome ) it is , and I'm sad to say , the other members , how rude are you all? We were almost blatantly ignored not a "good morning " or hello from anyone, even when we spoke to you first!!!! You were the down side of this holiday for us , is our brand new van pulled by a brand new car not upto your standards?  A tip for you all.. When you young and affluent say hello please return the courtesy remember it is nice to be nice and civility costs nothing at all. On this basis I will not be staying at the broadway site again despite its location and its staff and it's unbelievable cleanliness.
