Great Site 2nd Visit

Great site to enjoy Brighton , the location is good apart from the immediate local area thats a bit ropey in places & travellers / homeless vans on the approach road. A reasonably long walk into the central Brighton area although Kemptown is nearer & has good pubs & places to eat. Site is big & keeps very busy. Facilities are usual caravan club toilet blocks & were cleaned well by the wardens although the hygiene standards of some of the campers was terrible including someone who had obviously had a bad stomach & thought it was ok to let someone else clean their terrible mess & hair left in the sinks . I felt sorry for the wardens as each cubicle had a toilet brush. The toilet seats in the mens were not adjusted properly & the seat kept falling forward which was annoying as it hit you on the back each time you sat down./ I mentioned it to a warden who was aware of the problem but said they had been too busy & it wasn't fixed a few days later. The pitches were good although need a bit of levelling. Foxes were a problem & regularly spread litter around the bin areas & I wonder why the club doesn't invest in better bins! Wifi coverage was a bit ropey & variable on EE & O2 on our pitch. We also needed a lead to stop pixelation on the TV. As previously mentioned potholes were bad on access to the site. Considering the cost of this site & how busy it is the club show invest more ion my opinion. Wardens were friendly & we loved Brighton & the cheap & Regular public transport & the vet recommended at Beech House were excellent with our dog.
