Easy walking distance to the Marina with its supermarket, shops, bars and cafes, plus miles of walking over downs in the opposite direction, make this a perfect site if you don't want to move your car or motorhome. It's next to a leisure centre so there is sometimes noise from football matches etc, but don't let that put you off as it's infrequent. Easy to get to and great location. If you do want to venture out do visit Lewes, Glynde, Seven Sisters and Beachy Head as well as Brighton (watch out for the parking charges for the latter).
