Great location but ...
Great location just outside Brighton with the downs accessible. It was quite a crowded site. Main complaint was that the toilet facilities weren't up to usual Club standard on the maintenance side. Often no toilet paper and handwash ran out and wasn't replaced for more than a day.
It backs on the downs and it would be good if there was access direct onto the downs - is that possible?
