We booked this site between Christmas and New Year and with a pitch fee of £32 it's the most expensive we have ever stayed on. The site is typical of Caravan Club sites in that it is well laid out and, on paper at least has good facilities. However the toilet was blocked, showers cool and no hot water in the washing up sinks. Clearly the facilities were overloaded, but surely this should have been anticipated on a site costing this much to stay?  As others have commented the surrounding area is not very nice and if we wanted to visit Brighton, I think we would travel in from elsewhere. I wouldn't book this site again. Rather disappointed overall.
