We were on a secluded spacious grass pitch and found everyone very friendly on the site. You can cut across the common to avoid walking on the potholed road to get out to the main road, and can then get to the beach / Marina, in about 15/20 minutes. There is a beautiful cycle / walk path going along the undercliff which is well worth doing, and there lots of places to eat in the Marina. We walked into Brighton along the front which took about 50 minutes. Brighton itself was pretty full on and busy and we realised we prefer quieter locations! It's good to be able to get the bus back from the centre of Brighton to the site. Probably wouldn't visit again but this is due to preferring being more out in the countryside.
