This site is in a fantastic location. We stayed for 5 nights, out pitch was very spacious & in a great position. The playground is just the right size and all the kids seemed to love it. The enclosed dog play area is a great idea for a safe run around. It’s literally 5 mins in a taxi to the Marina or 10 mins to Brighton. You can’t stay near the seafront in Brighton for any cheaper, great value! We left our van & awning every day and went out to adventure, we felt very safe leaving it unattended all day. The wardens are really friendly and all staff couldn’t do enough. I unknowingly interrupted a staff member on his break but he was more than happy to help me to sort out a token for the dryer. All facilities were clean and available when needed. The toilets were always spotless and the staff are clearly doing their best to put measures in place for social distancing & cleanliness in the toilets - people disregarded the rules and ignored the wristband system but the staff can’t be held responsible for that. The road leading up isn’t the smoothest and has some considerable pot holes, again this can’t be held against the site. Everyone was friendly and the site was quiet at night. Great site, clearly doing their best in this unsettling time of Covid. Ignore the negative reviews! We will definitely be back!
