Our stay at this site was spoiled by the presence of a gypsy site nearby. The approach to the site was spoiled by litter and mess on this site. Our sleep was disturbed by the use of noisy quad bikes until the early hours. I asked a warden to complain on our behalf re noise but she refused stating that it was up to us to complain. she was not interested in this problem. customer service is not considered at this site ( her complainig on our behalf would carry more weight)than an idividual complaint from us. walking past the gypsy site we were approached by stray dogs barking.these dogs were not under anyone's control. no notice was given re improvement works being carried out on site. a courtesy which would have been appreciated. Very disapointed with attitude of warden.
