1st visit.
This was our first visit to this site. We have previously stayed at Littlehampton, visited Brighton and liked the town and the area, so decided to stay here. The site is lovely and although one of the larger sites and being pretty full, due to the layout, it never felt overcrowded, and felt spacious. The facilities are all to the usual high Club standard, with friendly, welcoming wardens. We got the bus into Brighton-a frequent service which drops off in the centre of town. However, after a long day of walking and shopping, that walk back to site seemed much longer than it had earlier in the morning!! We agreed a taxi back to site would have been a good idea! We also had a day out to Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters-what beatiful scenery, helped by warm sunny weather which meant visibility was excellent, so we had a lovely walk listening to the skylarks-fabulous. We then went onto Eastbourne, a lovely place to while away an hour watching the world go by. Parking is also very motorhome friendly, with 2 seafront car parks with no height barriers and also seafront parking available. On the way back, we stopped at Seaford-or at least we had hoped to! Don't bother if you are in a motorhome-all the seafront parking spaces, (of which there are hundreds!), have little signs saying "No motor caravans". So we took our business elsewhere. As we didn't have time to do all we wanted to, we will definitely return.
