The site is in such a beautiful area it’s hard to find anything to dislike. The weather was grim but dodging the downpours we managed to cycle / walk to Flamborough Head (stunning scenery), Bempton Cliffs (very busy but still safely socially distanced), South Landing, North Landing, Bridlington sea front and Old Town. Cycling is mainly on road and there are a few inclines but nothing is more than 3 or 4 miles away. There is a bus stop just outside the site if needed. The site is quite open with very little character, it’s quiet but if it’s windy you’ll notice it! Facilities were kept to typical club standards.
