Great first visit

As a recently bereaved person I have to decide to continue caravanning on my own and see how I get on. There are times when I can manage myself and there are times when I need help. On my arrival at reception I asked for an easy pitch number to get on. The lady there gave me a number of options and tried to make contact with Paul for assistance. Unable to reach him I carried on as I had a caravan mover. I do like to have a go at reversing which I did so made an attempt to do so but needed some help. Thankfully Paul had made his way to me and helped me to reverse on and move the caravan so I could get my wheel lock on. It was so kind of him to say that there is never a need to struggle on your own, always ask for help and you will get it. This made me comfortable from the start of my holiday that I could ask if I needed to (I didn't). The site and facilities were immaculate and the dog walk was fabulous for me as I have three dogs to walk. The fact that some of the dog walk is left to grow for nature provides a natural barrier, should it be required, to other dogs on the walk and you can take different paths to avoid others. So to sum up, great site and great wardens, with particular thanks to PAUL and the lady on reception .... the holiday started in the best way possible.
