Good for families

Excellent... but.. Expensive and, too many barking dogs

In my view CAMC Sites are generally of a high standard. This site is no exception, it is pristine, well laid out, with large pitches. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The surrounding countryside and coast is very attractive. So, it is excellent! But... At £35.50/night, for two people on a standard awning pitch, in early April (8th April) it is a bit pricey.

You chose to pay it, did you consider alternatives?

Explain the barking dogs bit, please. On site or off site? If the former, did you speak to the dog owners or warden about it? If not, nobody will have realised you had a problem.

The clubs pricing policy does seem a bit strange at Brid. £4.80 a night more expensive than Scarborough. I thought they might moderate it a bit this year. We were there in summer peak (heatwave) last year and it wasn't even full at weekends and only a maximum of two thirds mid week. We left it late booking and it was one of the few sites within a 150 miles, that we could get a full week at.
