Enjoyable visit
We chose this site as it is the closest one to Flamborough Head and we wanted to visit the RSPB reserve at Bemtpon Cliffs. This is only a couple of miles from the campsite and is a must to do. The sight of thousands of birds soaring around the cliffs is quite spectacular, and there are a number of viewing platforms to watch from.
If the weather conditions are good you can also get a boat trip out of Bridlington Harbour to view the cliffs.
There are a number of coast walks in the area too.
The site itself is up to the usual high caravan club standards.
If like us you enjoy eating out there are a couple of pubs nearby but to be honest these aren't the greatest. You would be better off going to Flamborough Village where there are 4 pubs to chose from including the Rose and Crown which is particularly good and has a great atmosphere as well as great food.
There is a bus which goes to the village from just outside the campsite but this sadly stops at 6pm so unless you drive its a half hour walk back - but worth it.
