Excellent site, really helpful and friendly employees

This was our first ever caravanning holiday, and the first time I'd towed. The employees were really friendly, and couldn't have been more helpful, they did everything they could to ensure we had a great time, from helping me reverse on to the pitch, to lending us equipment, and offering expert advice. The kids loved being so close to Bridlington, and it was great to be in a quiet countryside location. The site was very neat and tidy, and the same impeccable standards were upheld in the toilets, showers and washing facilities, etc. We'll definitely return, and would recommend the site to anyone - a great start to our caravanning adventure - thank you.

Excellent site

Just spent three nights at this site. The weather was extremely good so we were able to do plenty of walking along the coast as well as walking into Bridlington from the site. We were very impressed with the site, plenty of space and the facilities were the best we have come across - especially the heated floor in the shower block!

First trip 2017

We have been here several times as we have family living within one mile of the site. We were lucky enough this time to arrive at the same time as the excellent weather, three days of wall to wall sunshine!! The site was immaculate as ever. A very warm welcome was had from the warden and within no time at all we were pitched up on one of the many generously sized pitches. The facilities block is spacious and spotlessly clean. Best of all it is always lovely and warm. We had several good walks from the site (no need for the car) along beaches, woodland trails and clifftops with breathtaking views. An added bonus for myself and any other golf enthusiast is the Bridlington Links golf course just across the road from the site entrance. All in all an extremely pleasant first outing for 2017

UpGrade to site

Excellent site and a super upgrade of the environment. Whilst we were there they were doing landscaping which was excellent quality and a great improvement from our last visit.

Business As Usual

One of our favourites, we have visited Bridlington site many times and have never been disappointed. We were with grandchildren (as usual here) so locating a pitch close to the playground is always useful. All the facilities are of a high standard and well maintained and the wardens are very friendly and helpful. Away from site, we particularly enjoy the sea-front walk into Bridlington but if public transport is preferred, the bus stop is close to the site entrance. A wonderful break, despite the stormy weather. We shall return before the year is out

Fantastic site

Great site and walking distance to Bridlington.Very well kept site, and the best thing is heated floors in the showers. There is a bus stop just down the road, which is perfect for us Motorhomers. The walk to Brid is turn left out of the site and through the Golf club follow the Tarmac road .This was our 1st time here but it won't be the last. We only booked for 2 nights but stayed a 3rd.Can't wait for our next visit.

I need a longer hose !

Bridlington CC (oops don't mention the you know what ) site is one of our favourites - the fact that it is close to home means winter stays can be a bonus. Anyway, we had a service pitch for our last visit and very quickly discovered that our newly purchased mains water adaptor hose was about half as long as it needed to be. By my measurements a 15m hose would be needed if the caravan is pitched to the left of the water point and has the pump inlet on the offside near the front. This assumes that the pipe runs around the caravan and not diagonally across the pitch. We live and learn and smile whilst parting with more cash for an extension hose. Our mission for this year is to stay on CL's whenever possible but we will hopefully be back at Bridlington in the autumn - it is a lovely site . Book early if you want to go !

Lovely site

1st time at Bridlington. Lovely well maintained site. Wardens were very friendly and helpful. Gave directions to the 'Ship Inn'. Purpose of visit was dog walks and it was perfect. We found a great walk, out of the site, turn left past the Golf Course then turn right into the Dyke. Very picturesque forrest with a stream running through. Dog was in his element. Then into the cliffs, turn right and head to Bridlington along the beach. Simply superb! Weather was amazing fro Feb - We wished we had brought the Awning furniture! Facilities on site up to the usual CC high standard. Pitch was 100% level and very clean and tidy. Dog walking area was a little boggy due to the recent rain - personally I would have preferred the grass to be a little shorter, but I believe it is a Bio Diversity area. Dog liked it though -although picking his mess up in long grass isn't much fun :( A fantastic site that is well positioned for some great dog walks. Nothing not to like. WILL be coming back!

Good site

Stayed here over Christmas and must say the facilities are excellent. They have dug up a lot of the site for some reason which is surprising considering it is a fairly new site. Trees and hedges need to mature more. The entrance looks like the road onto a new building site so perhaps some trees along here to soften it would be good. Handy for Sewerby hall, the cliffs, golf course and lots of attraction in the area and an easy walk into town.
