Good for families

3rd year here- but a few issues.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here during the school summer holidays. We take our 2 grandsons as they love it as they always make a group of friends and have plenty of room to play and explore. This year we had a few issues however:- 1.I have never seen as much dog waste left un picked up. As a non dog owner I find this to be a disgusting thoughtless action. There was one enormous pile left on the grass right next to our pitch where our grandsons play. I feel that the club should impose a membership suspension if anyone is found to be leaving dog mess on the site. 2. The grass in the children's playing field was too long for them to play, especially as it was wet a good deal of the week. 3. I would echo what previous reviewers have stated in that some of the staff need some " customer care " tuition. On arrival I returned to the office to let the staff know what pitch I was on only to be shouted at for entering reception without a mask even though it was not now mandatory and there was no sign informing us that a mask had to be worn. 4. I feel that the club prices at peak season are now at " rip off" level. A serviced pitch with 2 adults and 2 children is now nearly £350 for 7 nights. I am old enough to remember when you could have a family week in Majorca for less than that!!
