Why stay here ...

OFFERS*: £2.90 Serviced Pitch Upgrade | £25 OFF Summer Getaways | Kids for £1 (aged 5-17) | Under 5s stay free | £5 refundable deposit

Nestled near the foothills of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, or Brecon Beacons National Park by its English name, Brecon Beacons Club Campsite offers some spectacular views of Bannau Brycheiniog’s dramatic peaks, including Pen-y-Fan, Cribyn and Corn Du. It features a plethora of facilities that include two toilet blocks and play areas for children. A circular dog walk leads to a pretty stream and woodland area which is the perfect place to spot some local wildlife. This Welsh campsite with its central location provides the ideal base for touring local towns, including Brecon, Talgarth and Abergavenny. A pleasant 1.5 mile walk along the Brecon Canal path takes you into Brecon, where you will find a weekly market, shops and restaurants and a theatre with a varied programme.

For those who love the outdoors, you couldn’t get a much better location than Brecon Beacons Club Campsite. The nearby hills and mountains offer plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling, climbing and caving. For a more laid-back break the scenery of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park is equally as spectacular when exploring by car. Whatever you choose to do, the campsite makes a great base from which to see the sights and if you've built up a thirst after all that activity, there's a nice local pub about 10-minutes' walk away!

Great for Brecon Beacons

We are newbee's at this game. Found the campsite to be very clean and comfortable environment with a wide mix of different types of outfits, generally with campervans out-numbering caravans by about 2 to 1. Ours at 8.5 mtrs is about a big as you want to be.... Show more

Frightening and overzealous arrival greeting.

On arrival, I started to get out of our campervan and was shouted at by a nearby male member of staff 'remain in your vehicle'. Bearing in mind, we were not in the army or on a illegal boarder crossing, I was in shock at this unexpected greeting. I... Show more

We actually chose this site for convenience, as we were collecting our new puppy further into Wales, but it was such a perfect find and situated close to the main road (although we didn’t notice any noise from it, from our pitch). We only stayed a couple of nights sadly,... Show more
