Such a lovely welcome awaits visitors at this beautiful small site. The managers are so helpful, before and after arrival and during our stay. A quiet site There are no washing or toilet facilities. Which is ok but had there been a pot washing area that would be a big improvement - nothing fancy is needed. (Had there been pot washing facility I would have rated 5/5 for all sections.) The site is very clean and tidy and clearly the managers put a lot of work into the site to make it welcoming. It is within easy reach of M5 J11a on good roads, and the entrance to the site is good, single track with a passing place, hence no arrivals before 1pm. There is a large lay-by just past the campsite going towards Boughton 0TW on the right if you do arrive before 1pm. Good base for exploring the area. No shop on site, but stores within a short drive.
