Lovely place, I parked my campervan at the end nestled in between the trees. Loved watching the birds on the feeder while having breakfast. I was out all day every day walking Wainwrights or cycling so can't say much about the site during the day but I suspect it was as good as the evenings. A lot of dog walkers and a few noisy children but that's life. I extended my stay by another 4 nights to make 9 in total, I guess that speaks volumes. Definitely be back next year and won't make the mistake of leaving my canoe at home.
