We received a warm welcome & soon found the perfect pitch. The site is well maintained & spotless. The wardens, Norman & Cathy Jones were extremely helpful, friendly, informative & carried out their duties in a very professional manner. They are an ideal couple for this role. The location of the Borrowdale site is superb. It has everything a caravanner would require for a relaxing & peaceful holiday. Woodland & lakeside walks with spectacular scenery, access to public transport from the site gate & the Keswick Launch from nearby jetties add to the enjoyment of our holiday. We cannot fault this site & plan to return.
