Came the wrong way round but only in a 6m Motorhome so did it, just. So worth it, the views were amazing. Great welcome on arrival and perfect COVID-19 safety in place. If you really want to get away from it all can’t recommend here enough. Pitch sizes were huge but beware pine needles. We had wind and rain and they got everywhere. No ones fault. We saw red squirrels, twice!! Fantastic walks from site. Definitely able to walk to pubs and tea rooms if averagely fit. Tip, if driving into Keswick in a Motorhome, get there early!

PS The ferries are not running at the moment, only doing a round trip from Keswick and back
