Back to nature!
We've been staying at Low Manesty (as we will always call it) since about 1983 and it continues to be the loveliest of the Club's sites. On the down side, there are nothing like as many red squirrels as there used to be. On the plus side, the bird life is marvellous, and a caravan makes good hide especially if you take some bird food and a feeder. In 5 days we were visited by at least 15 species, including regular shows from a great spotted woodpecker, a couple of nuthatches and a torrent of coal tits.
