Still learning the ropes, having only bought my motorhome this summer, this is my favourite site so far and for me sums up the whole point of travelling in a self-contained unit. I was lucky to experience beautiful weather and chose a pitch more open to some sunlight, followed by stunning stars overhead, but overall I love the forest-setting with pitches separated from each other by nature. The location is perfect for mixed walking and cycling - hills mostly manageable on my folding bike!  One slight criticism - I didn't initially realise I had to lift the drain-cover for waste-water disposal - my first experience of this. A sign with the others by the taps would be helpful, as would a less derogatory attitude from the previously pleasant warden - please remember not all visitors will be experienced.
