Visited the site for 3 days on the 1st day of opening of lockdown. We were phoned by the warden prior to visit who organised a controlled re population of the site, this was done perfectly and got our stay off to a perfect start. The site is spotless the pitches perfectly scattered among the woods. The wild life within the site was fantastic we saw Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, deer, Great tit and best of all Red Squirrels. Plenty of walks from the site in all directions and buses 77A from site and more from the main road at Grange or the Ladore Hotel. The wardens were excellent, very friendly and helpful, they are proud of the site and it shows with their commitment to your stay.
