A massive thank you is due to Laurence who went above and beyond to get in contact with me when I left my phone behind on the day of our departure. it wasn't a straight forward process and his perseverance was very much appreciated. I would heartily recommend a visit to this beautiful, well cared for and efficiently run camp site - to be able to walk straight into the Bolton Abbey estate from the site entrance is amazing and it makes a fantastic base to explore the wider area. We will definitely be back - although next time I will keep a closer eye on my phone!
