Well a club site is a club site, well not if your talking about Bolton Abbey. The site is well set out within wooded sheltered glades but with plenty of pitches that catch the sun throughout the day. The facilities are spotless and the grounds well maintained and there's a well stocked information cabin. The site has that peaceful back to nature feel with only the sounds of the birds and other wildlife to disturb your relaxation. Your mobile doesn't work and although the site has a TV booster system, it's analog I understand that if you have a new TV without analog, you won't be able to watch your favourite soaps, which gives us all the opportunity to completely relax, yes, peace and tranquility.  For the more energetic, the estate is right on the your doorstep with a myriad of pathways to many secret places many of which are wheelchair friendly. The paths all seem to have a tearoom or cafe somewhere within reach. If you want to explore further afield, the Yorkshire Dales has something for everyone, just go out and find it. Make sure this site is on your tick list and you won't be disappointed.
