This is a lovely site in a wonderful location, but is now in need of investment. It is small and intimate, and is very relaxing. The walks in the area, particularly down to the river, are spectacular, and its worth visiting just for these. This site opened in 1982, and in some areas it feels it. The shower block is in need of renovation, possibly even replacement, with rust and cracked panel evident The mirrors in the men's privacy cubicles are so ridiculously low, that I had to get on my knees to shave. Yes, I know that the window prevents them being put higher, so why not put them on the side walls? The towel hooks in both showers and cubicle are also so low that towels drag on the floor. In truth, these are minor as we had a great time, and would visit again.
