What did you find wrong with the site? 

That has to be one of the worst site reviews I’ve ever seen. It tells us nothing. Rather a wasted effort writing it really.

Looking at all the other recent ones I think it says more about the reviewer than the site or the staff. 

I dont know what site you were reviewing but it certainly was nt Blackshaw Moor.

We use this  site several times a year and the staff here are fabulous , they will always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and are always on hand if you need help. The facilities are spotlessly clean and warm. The time taken by the wardens on planting and maintaining the site is obvious from the moment you turn into the gate.

If the reviewer had any issues on the site i know the wardens would only be to happy to help.

The "review?" sounds as if the person writing it, as usual, was possibly"doing something or things that they were "advised" by the site staff about, so decided this was the place to "complain"

Don’t know what site they were staying on but it must not have been Blackshaw Moor we have been going this site at leat once a month for the last 3 years wardens very friendly and welcoming and can not do enough for you they make such a fuss over my son and the grounds are impeccable and a credit to the 4 wardens there such a lovely site and staff
