Wardens were great, chatty and very friendly, and they worked hard all day keeping the site clean and tidy. The site is good for walks to the Roaches and surrounding hills, also a few good pubs and towns around to explore. The only let-down is it is very noisy! we were at the top of the site to get away from the road noise, (as most people seem to do), and to our horror a motorcycle scramble track was at the back of us, with 6 or so of them going round the track. Don't come here for a peaceful break, best to go out in the daytime to escape the noise.
