On arrival the site was very busy, but not by the entrance, why, well if you like to be a truck spotter then its great for you, the lorries do not stop thundering past all day and night. i did find a space at the far end which was quite, the pitch however for a motor home is a problem as they are not level and if you do not have extra high level blocks you will not level it. most pitches have this problem the staff were great and helpful. the reason we picked this site was it was close to a lake and would be good for dog walks,,shame it was over 1.5mile walk. if you want to go to Leek there is just 4 buses a day each way, taxi is £9 each way  sorry i will not be back as there are better sites located within a short distance for what i need
