Decided to stay here for 4 nights over Easter (with Wife, Child(4yrs old), and 16 week puppy. Overall, cannot fault the site as it met full expectations. Children's play area, dedicated dog walk, wifi, and basic shop all brill. Needed additional rock pegs and staff were on hand to assist. Facilities (toilet block) excellent and will definitely return. Site is conveniently situated to visit leek (3 miles) where we obtained the best fish & chips (& peas) that we have ever tasted! Only gripe (well I say gripe but more of an annoyance) was a chap (visitor) who asked me why did I pitch the van like I did? I really didn't understand as I am still relatively new to caravanning, however he meant because it wasn't level. I answered that we arrived (extremely tired) and pitched it like that as it didn't bother us (only slightly on slope). He smiled and walked away, but I felt a little embarrassed which put a little dampener on things. As I said, we don't go out of way to get everything exact (levelness etc.) as long as we are comfortable!
