Had a great few days at this very well kept site. The toilets and showers were immaculate and were cleaned throughout the day to keep abreast of COVID-19. At first we thought the wrist band idea of allowing controlling people into the toilet/shower was a good idea. However it soon became apparent that some people were walking out of the toilet/showers, without taking the wristbands with them, leaving them on the hooks giving the impression that the toilets were occupied. Hence, people were left queuing unnecessarily. We also found we had to wait for a long time to use the toilet, if people were just using showers. Obviously people take a lot longer to shower. Would it not be an idea to have 2 rows of hooks - one for the showers and one for the toilets ? Also whilst the toilets/showers are being cleaned can the emergency toilets be opened please ?
