wardens are very helpful and curtious the site is within reasonable distance from blackpool by car or bus , A chip van visits the site and are of reasonable quality ,showers and toilet areas are kept very clean ,a little road noise but that depends on where your van is parked overall the site is very good, you need good awning pegs Well done the wardens
