We found all the staff to be very friendly and efficient and very helpful. They told us about the excellent fish and chip van on Saturday evenings, and also a taxi firm with whom they had an arrangement, which was brilliant. The facilitiesand the site were spotlessly clean. When we returned from a walk we promised ourselves an icecream but the shop was closed. No problem! We saw that Glenn, the Assistant Warden was still around and asked if there was any chance of an ice cream and he opened up the shop specially so we could buy one. Now that is what we call Excellent customer service!
