Lovely site, poor check in
Lovely site and great location.
Very disappointed with the check in process.
Stood patiently when 3 families check in ahead of me.
They were all of an older generation and not one of them were asked for a membership card by warden.
I step up to check in and being a younger caravanner, I immediately got asked for my membership card.
All users should be treated the same. Very disappointing.
