We're thrilled to announce significant investments to enhance your experience at Black Horse Farm Club Campsite, closing the campsite on 5 October 2025 when the works will commence. The campsite is due to reopen on 10 July 2026, however some ferry pitches will be available earlier in the spring of 2026 (as will the storage facility). Before the full July 2026 reopening, the ferry pitches will operate offering a non facility/service point only experience (with a 20% price discount to reflect this).

Ideal for channel crossings

Our first stay at Black horse farm. The site was clean. We had a ferry pitch which was small and only hard standing but as we were leaving early in the morning it suited our purpose and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again if it was for a short stay.

Lovely stress free stay

We initially booked to have the caravan stored on a short term basis for 2 weeks. Steve was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. He was very accommodating especially as we were stressing about the time we would get there. But he was calm and efficient and made the... Show more

Great Stay

Very friendly staff on arrival making a good start to our 2 night stay. Great pitch and very quiet neighbours, always a bonus when consideration is observed. We have a scooter to go out on, so it didn’t matter you are a little out of towns reach, but believe there are buses... Show more

Convenient for ferry

Stayed here for 1 night on the way out to Europe on the ferry. It was a late arrival so all the information about pitch had been left out for us, we had been sent the barrier code (perhaps far too far i.e. 6 weeks..) in advance of our visit. At... Show more

Lovely campsite

We were greeted by a lovely helpful lady, (warden) who after speaking to us about a pitch site, let us pitch next to the facilities to make it easier for my husband who is an amputee. This was a great help to us. The pitches are a lovely size and... Show more

Excellent stopover for Channel Tunnel

Have stayed here before for a few nights to visit Canterbury and Folkestone and it's in such a great location. Particularly like the off lead area for the dogs and the easy transport links. This visit was an overnight stop before catching the train, an easy 15 minute drive...perfect!
