Myself and my wife have just spent seven nights at this sight.  As you would expect the facilities are excellent and cannot be faulted, very friendly and helpful wardens to compliment the site. This site is perfectly located for touring Kent and stop-overs both to and from the cross channel ports which bring me to the only downside - nothing to do with the staff or site, but there were people leaving at all hours so at time it was like being on the hard shoulder of a main road as some very inconsiderate travelers had obviously made little or no attempt to get ready to leave before departing in the early hours!! very frustrating (hence the low score for peace and quiet). Very handy shop directly opposite the site entrance and the local pub is approx 100yds away serving good value home cooked food, we had two very nice meals but a very disappointing Sunday carvery. All considered a great site with only a few inconsiderate travelers to cope with.
