We travelled down to Dover from Edinburgh during the first phase of the Dover Calais dispute, and on arrival the staff gave us all the advice needed to make sure we got to the port on time. We came back from France early due to illness and although we had no booking for the site, one of the staff we called while heading north in France gave us the current situation on the ferries and arranged a site pitch for us, at short notice. Perhaps the next time we are heading south, we may spend some more time  and stay longer at the site. Thanks again to the staff the site
