We used this as a stop over on the way down to Filey and also on the way back. Facilities clean and fully working. No queues for facilities. Local Asda supermarket and fish and chips shops. Also even closer is a shopping mall with an Argos, M& S food hall, Homebase etc. Nice walk along beach. We have 2 dogs who were welcomed on site. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Cannot fault this site. Scored location and Good for families as a 4* only because of what is nearby for kids. In no way does that reflect the facilities on site as they are a full 5+ stars. I am scoring this as if I had young kids and was planning on a week trip. By the way, I had 2 X 14yr olds with me but we only stopped one night each time. Highly recommend for staff and facilities.
