First time on this site and i would go back. It's a strange layout but we had a nice view of the harbour and estuary. Facilities were the usual standard and wardens were helpful and friendly. We had a pitch nearer the far end a little elevated. Pitches are good sizes and mostly hard standing. There are three grass pitches at the front of the site with fab views and a lot of room and that is where I would like to go on return! The Wifi here was excellent. You can walk into town in about 20 minutes. Spittal beach is nice and its only a 10 minute walk. The only downside is the main railway line runs behind the site, but we didn't find it intrusive because the trains move very quickly past.
