We loved the location of this site, with the possibility of so many beautiful walks. Unfortunately we were only staying 1 night but we will return. We inadvertently parked right in front of the train line but didn’t mind and I actually quite enjoyed the trains whizzing past. They did sound louder from inside the van but we never heard them during the night. I also enjoyed the chiming of the church bells every hour. Apart from this noise the site was very quiet. It appeared that all of the pitches had some type of sea view, some better than others. We managed to find a pitch with a view through the trees on 2 sides. The access to the site was ok but very busy when we arrived just after 1. We were let through and asked to return later to check in so didn’t wait too long. Definitely on our return list.
