Good site
A 4 night stay on our way back down from the Highlands was great. Lots to do if you like walking, as you have the beach and some great walks around the the historic town, all from the campsite, the only time we used the car was when we went to Holy Island, and that is well worth the visit .
Just down from the site is a great fishery shop, this is a must if you like fresh fish, including dressed crab and lobster at great prices. (Fresh lobster, ready prepared was £12)
Most pitches have a sea view and the facilities block was spotless. The East Coast railway line runs behind the site, but you hardly know it there, and its a good site for dog owners
