The site is very easy to find from the A1 and the staff were most friendly and accommodating. Some of the pitches were a little tight for the motorhome and bike rack but we had no issue. Toilets are exceptionally clean and tidy as well as the rest of the site. Just under 30 minute walk into Berwick along Dock road which is level and we found 2 good eateries, the 'Queens Hotel' which was very good dining and 'The Brewers arms' for an old fashioned cheap but good meal (think 1970's starters for the menu, Prawn cocktail, Egg Mayonaise etc) The site is next to the main East Coast main Line which can clearly be seen on Google Earth and the service is 24 hours a day but we knew that when we booked and it was no issue for us. (prefer the railway to a road anyday) Would return again. I had to review for a family but have no idea so put 3*
