Dropped in on the off chance of a pitch after driving from France - and got in. The site is immaculate and the grass, hedges trimmed to within an inch of their lives. Toilet/shower facilities spotless. All very good but the site is just too formal and regimented for my liking (get some more planting in to break it up a bit) and I don't really like a list of do's and don'ts handing to me on arrival - it isn't really friendly - yes I know its information about dogs, no ball games, no scooters around the toilet blocks, no children's motorised scooters etc. I can only assume it has been a problem in the past but is it now? Having said that, the staff were warm and friendly and the site a credit to them.
