Kentish Bliss!

Beautiful site which is maintained to the highest standard. Very convenient location and easily accessible. Proprietors happy to oblige.

The best of the best?

Stayed at Bearsted 4 times to date and have to say apart from a little bit of noise from the M20 its probably the best kept site Ive stayed on to date, The Shower block is always spotless, with plentiful hot water. The trouble is, Im now comparing every site to Bearsted and none so far have come close. Heading back there again shortly for another pleasant stay.

Weekend break

An excellent site. The wardens were friendly and very helpful. I needed new batteries for the motor mover and they had some in the office, which saved me a journey to the nearest shop. We liked the security on the shower block. You need a code to gain entry. Well kept and spacious site. Next visit being planned.

Centrally located - ideal for touring Kent and East Sussex

Just got home from a 10 night stay on a full service pitch at the CC site at Bearsted in Kent. What a fabulous site, very well laid out, extremely clean and the most helpful wardens you could ever want. There's a bus stop at the gate so easy access if you don't want to drive. The road noise from the M20 was a little intrusive when we first arrived but after a couple of days we didn't notice it. All-in-all an excellent site - we'll be back.

One of the best!

This site local to us stands out for all the right reasons. Friendly staff, super clean shower blocks and attention to detail in all aspects. A great smaller site. We will be back. The super pitches are located in a great position. No wonder it was very busy in Late November!

Excellent site

A really well laid out and maintained site. We stopped here on way to tunnel. Will go on way back. Very helpful and friendly warden too.

Great site

We love CC sites with a bus stop to the nearest city at the gate. Bearsted has this and Maidstone is a transport hub for everywhere else in the area. The site is immaculately run but because it is quite small only has one toilet block - which can be a bit of a walk from the furthest pitch if raining. Great wardens moved us when pointed out my wife had recently had a hip operation. Not a complaint as it would be ridiculous to duplicate facilities on a small site. 5 stars!! Derry Hannam

An overnight stay

I stayed at this site for just one night prior to running in a local marathon the next morning. A very welcoming and friendly warden at reception, who also took the time to explain about the turning to lock the electric hook up. It was also nice to have the pitch number allocated on arrival, as it meant no driving around trying to spot a free space. Facilities nice and clean, and surprisingly little noise from the nearby A20.

Bearsted site review

Another lovely stay at Bearsted site meeting the new wardens who, as usual, are extremely helpful and friendly.

Nice clean site

Stayed here several times "nice clean site". There is a child's play area but not much else for them to do. Handy for a stopover for the channel tunnel & ferries, can be a bit noisy with the M20 & the Eurostar train being close. Sorry to see Terry & Roz two of the best wardens the CC had, have now retired but wish them well & a long & happy retirement.
