Awful weather made better by 5 Star Team Response

Just spent 4 days at the site which is a lovely site in a great location. Nothing we can do about the weather so decided to brave the storms. Unfortunately we lost our awning whilst we were off site, however the excellent team salvaged the situation during the storm so we wanted to sent a huge thank you for your efforts. We will be back and hopefully the sun shines this time! Thanks for all your help during the storm.

What a pleasant attitude to have and a nice thank you to the site staff.  So many people moan about sites being wet and/or waterlogged or other types of bad weather, as though it is the fault of the site, or the site staff, but we can't all expect to have wonderful weather when we are away, and of course, if you are camping or caravanning then we are more susceptible to bad weather.
