It was with an extremely heavy heart that we left this site. We feel privileged to have been able to stay here several times and each time have found new things to see and do as Bristol is such a wonderful city and the site is in such a marvellous location. I like others hope the council comes to their senses and realises that the income lost each year from this permanently full site will far out-way the short term gain of selling off the land for flats as let's face it, this is not a place for a school. I would have thought any council would feel honoured to have such a special attraction that can be used all year by so many. Please, please save this site!! We so hope that we will see it again.
