We visited this site for one night in July, and it’s a charming site. Well hidden off the road in the village of Markinch, and right next to Balbirnie park and woodland walk. The facilities and toilets were very clean, and the welcome warm. Quite a few of the pitches are under trees, so it’s dappled sunlight only! But the tv reception was very good. Markinch is a 5 minute walk away with 2 co-ops,a couple of pubs and assorted shops. Balbirnie park is on your doorstep, with wooded dog walks and also a golf course. A lovely visit.
