This sites facilities are tired and require updating. The showers are worn and the water from one shower splashes into the next so you end up with water from the next shower on your feet - not nice. The man who checked me in was very pleasant but when I added my son to our booking it cost me an extra £19.80 which I think is extortionate. As usual for the club the toilets are closed for an hour during the morning which means if you are not an early riser you don't get a shower and the disabled toilet which you can use if urgent was dirty ... a dash to McDonalds was needed. When I needed to discuss something wit the person in reception I was met with a curt 'we are closed' at 12 o'clock .... I'm not sure if this site is run for the customer or the site wardens. convenience.
