Not the most modern site and the toilets could certainly do with an update or at least better maintenance. Showers were not all working, a lot of water on the floor at times and toilet bowls not fitted to the floor so a bit unstable. Plenty hot water. Find it awkward that the toilets are closed from 10.30 to noon with only the disabled toilet available. Many people are having a leisurely time and looking for showers about then. We like to make the most of our last day before moving on and are supposed to be off site by 12 noon so toilets are showers being unavailable from 10.30am is an inconvenience. Nice riverside walk into town although quite a hike if you just want some messages in the morning. Site was very quiet except for the maintenance works. Do you really need a petrol lawnmower, petrol hedge trimmer and petrol backpack blower? They were a bit intrusive at times. Overall we still enjoyed our time on site and will return.
